We provide paid repair services for damaged products at an extra cost. The cost of return & dispatch shall be borne at your end.

Shipping

No, we do not offer international shipping.
After dispatching, your order will arrive at your delivery address within 5-7 business days.
Shipping is free for orders above Rs 2000/-.
Yes, we offer express shipping which delivers your order within 2-4 business days with an extra cost of Rs 199/-..
Yes, you can change your delivery address before the order is dispatched.
No, the price mentioned at the time of checkout is the final sale price and no further amount shall be paid by your end.
In case of unavailability, the courier partner that is delivering your product may contact you and ask for a re-attempt to deliver your product.

Return

We have a 3-day return window. You can call IZI support and request a return within the return window.
You can only return a damaged product if it's a valid manufacturing defect. After the return is validated by our technical team, we shall provide you with a replacement within 7-10 business days.
You shall receive your refund after returning the product, within 7-8 business days.
You can call IZI support for a free replacement only if the product is unused and no damage has been done to it from your end. The product should be unused and free of any wear and tear.
No, the product shall not be returned if it has been damaged or tampered with from your end. The product can be repaired at an extra cost as per your discretion.

Order FAQ

1. Select the product that you would like to buy.

2. Click on the Add to Cart.

3. If you need to add more products then continue adding more products to the cart.

4. After you are done with adding products, click on "Proceed to Check Out"

5. If you are a existing customer login with your e-mail id and password.

6. If you are a new customer, select the register option and click "Continue"

7. Enter the information requested and click "Continue"

8. Select the shipping method and click on "Continue"

9. If you picked the Credit Card / Netbanking option it will take you to the Payment gateway website to complete your order.

10. If you had picked one of the other payment methods, then the process is complete, now just make your payment by the method selected.

Kindly send us an e-mail with the order number. We will go ahead and cancel the same if it has not been shipped yet.
After the order is placed, we confirm it by email. You can find out the status of your order by clicking on the link given in your email.
