Geographic Scope: This warranty is applicable only in India for IZI consumer products purchased through authorized IZI websites.

Coverage: The warranty is valid for the original end-use purchaser or the person who received the product as a gift from the original purchaser. The warranty is non-transferable.

Duration: IZI provides a limited warranty for ONE year from the date of purchase.

Coverage: During this period, IZI warrants that the product and its components will be free from defects in workmanship and materials.

Service Options: IZI may:

• Repair or replace the covered product and its components at no charge for parts or labor.
• Refund the price of the covered product, subject to depreciation based on the purchase price, prorated over the remaining warranty period.

Documentation: To avail of warranty service, you must provide a copy of the invoice or bill of sale to IZI. The original invoice may also be required.

Repair or Replacement: IZI will address any defects within a reasonable period, as per our terms and conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical Damage: Accidents, unreasonable use, abuse, neglect, mishandling, water damage, fire damage, internal PCB burns due to overcharging, battery puffing due to mishandling or improper storage, or acts of God.
• Cosmetic Damage: Includes wear and tear or deterioration of accessories.
• Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs by unauthorized service centers or the use of third-party products not approved by IZI.
• Altered Serial Numbers: The warranty is void if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed.

Warranty Terms: Warranty terms for non-IZI products may vary and will be subject to the respective manufacturer’s policies.

Replacement: For obsolete or discontinued products, IZI reserves the right to replace them with equivalent or upgraded models. The cost of such replacements will be less than the original purchase price.

Costs: Any expenses related to the installation, removal, or shipping of the product to and from IZI or authorized service centers are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs attempted by unauthorized centers will void the warranty.
