To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a warranty for all IZI consumer products purchased through authorized IZI Websites in India. Please read the following warranty policy carefully:

 

    • Warranty Coverage: The warranty policy is applicable only in India for IZI consumer products purchased through authorized IZI Websites in India. The warranty is valid only for the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the Covered Product as a gift from the original purchaser. The warranty is non-transferable and not extended to any other person or transferee.


    • Warranty Period: IZI offers a limited warranty for a period of ONE year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). During the Warranty Period, IZI warrants that the Product and its components will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Within this period, IZI will repair or replace the covered product, including components, at its option, without charge for either parts or labour. Alternatively, IZI may refund the price of the covered product, subject to depreciation based on your purchase price for the covered product prorated over the remaining balance of the warranty period.


    • Presentation of Warranty Claim: To avail of the warranty service, the person presenting a warranty claim must provide a copy of the invoice or bill of sale to IZI. The original of the invoice or bill of sale may be required. IZI will repair or replace any defective parts of a covered product within a reasonable period, subject to the brand's terms and conditions.

    • Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by physical damage due to accident, unreasonable use, abuse, neglect, mishandling, or acts of God. It also does not cover cosmetic damage, tampering, deterioration of accessories, shipping-related damages, or usage with external accessories or third-party products not approved by IZI. The warranty is also void if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed.


    • Limited Warranty on Non-IZI Products: For non-IZI products, the warranty terms may vary, and the coverage will be subject to the respective manufacturer's policies.


    • Obsolete or Discontinued Products: For warranty claims involving covered products that have become obsolete, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable, IZI reserves the right to replace them with equivalent or upgraded models. The cost of such higher-value products shall be lesser than the original purchase price.


  • Charges and Limitations: Any expenses incurred in the installation, removal, or shipping of the product to and from IZI or authorized service centres will be borne by the purchaser. Additionally, repairs attempted by unauthorized service centres will void the warranty.
