How to Make a Warranty Claim

Documentation: To avail of warranty service, you must provide a copy of the invoice or bill of sale to IZI. The original invoice may also be required.

Repair or Replacement: IZI will address any defects within a reasonable period, as per our terms and conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical Damage: Accidents, unreasonable use, abuse, neglect, mishandling, water damage, fire damage, internal PCB burns due to overcharging, battery puffing due to mishandling or improper storage, or acts of God.
  • Cosmetic Damage: Includes wear and tear or deterioration of accessories.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs by unauthorized service centers or the use of third-party products not approved by IZI.
  • Altered Serial Numbers: The warranty is void if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed.

Non-IZI Products

Warranty Terms: Warranty terms for non-IZI products may vary and will be subject to the respective manufacturer’s policies.

Obsolete or Discontinued Products

Replacement: For obsolete or discontinued products, IZI reserves the right to replace them with equivalent or upgraded models. The cost of such replacements will be less than the original purchase price.

Charges and Limitations

Costs: Any expenses related to the installation, removal, or shipping of the product to and from IZI or authorized service centers are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs attempted by unauthorized centers will void the warranty.
