Warranty Registration Window

To be eligible for warranty service, customers must register their product within 3–5 days from the date of delivery. Registrations made beyond this window may not be accepted. Please ensure you retain and share a valid proof of purchase during this time.

Initiating a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please complete our online warranty claim form or contact our Customer Support team at +91 96443 44669. You will need your product’s serial number and proof of purchase (digital copies are accepted).

Claim Processing Time: We aim to process all valid warranty claims within 3–5 business days after receiving the necessary documentation.

Shipping Instructions:
If return shipping is required, please package the product securely—preferably in its original packaging or using equivalent protective materials. Include a copy of the warranty claim form and proof of purchase.

Inspection:
Products may need to be sent to our authorised service centre for inspection. Initial shipping costs are borne by the customer. If your claim is approved, IZI will cover the cost of repair or replacement, including return shipping.

Warranty Policy

Geographic Scope
This warranty is valid only for IZI consumer products purchased in India via authorized channels, including the official IZI website.

Coverage Eligibility
The warranty applies to the original end-use purchaser or the recipient of the product if received as a gift from the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty Duration
IZI provides a limited one-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Coverage:
This warranty ensures the product and its components are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Service Options: At IZI's discretion, we will:

  • Repair or replace the product or its components at no additional cost for parts or labor.

  • Provide a partial refund, calculated on a prorated basis according to the remaining warranty period.

Repair Services

IZI also offers paid repair services for products that are outside the warranty period or not covered by the warranty.

Types of Repairs:

  • Hardware Repairs: Including screen, battery, camera, and internal components.

  • Software Repairs: Covering OS glitches, app malfunctions, and data recovery.

Repair Process:

  1. Diagnosis: Our expert technicians will thoroughly assess the product.

  2. Repair: We perform necessary repairs using high-quality components.

  3. Testing: Each device undergoes comprehensive testing post-repair.

  4. Return: Products are returned via courier or made available for pickup.

Repair Costs:

  • Diagnostic Fee: May be waived if the repair proceeds.

Required Documentation

To access warranty services, please provide a copy of the invoice or order confirmation. IZI may request the original invoice for verification.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical Damage: Includes accidental damage, abuse, water/fire damage, PCB burns due to overcharging, or battery puffing from improper storage.

  • Cosmetic Wear: Normal wear and tear or deterioration of accessories.

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Work performed by non-authorized service providers or use of unapproved third-party products.

  • Altered Serial Numbers: Warranty is void if the original serial number has been tampered with or removed.

Non-IZI Products

Products not manufactured by IZI are subject to the warranty terms of their respective manufacturers.

Obsolete or Discontinued Products

In the case of discontinued products, IZI may offer a replacement with an equivalent or upgraded model. The replacement value will not exceed the original purchase price.

Additional Charges and Limitations

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping, installation, or removal costs associated with warranty service.

  • Warranty is void if any unauthorized repair attempts have been made.
